64 year old female who underwent gastric sleeve surgery in 2015 and subsequently lost 100 pounds. At the time of her consult in 2017, the patient had a large abdominal panniculus and her weight had been stable for more than 6 months. She also suffered from skin rashes under the skin fold beneath the panniculus. She underwent a panniculectomy in 2018 and a total of 3298 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her abdomen (7lbs).
