52 year old female who underwent gastric sleeve surgery in 2013 and subsequently lost 112 pounds. At the time of her consult in 2018, the patient had a large abdominal panniculus and suffered from skin rashes under the skin fold beneath the panniculus. Rashes were worse during summer months. She underwent a panniculectomy in 2017 and a total of 2628 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her abdomen (6lbs).
