Patient 1
43 year old female with a history of breast carcinoma in 2015. Patient originally underwent bilateral mastectomies in 2015. She had reconstruction with silicone implants. Approximately 3 years ago, she noted the right breast had been decreasing in size and had some deformity. She was seen for breast reconstruction consult in 2018. The patient underwent right breast reconstruction in 2019 with a free flap tissue transfer from her abdomen. The patient is happy for results.

Patient 2
50 year old female seen for bilateral breast reconstruction following a diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma in 2018. The patient desired pedicle flap reconstruction. After having her flap reconstruction, she underwent nipple reconstruction as well as nipple tattooing. These were staged procedures. After pictures are post-op 3 years.
