68 year old female who underwent gastric bypass procedure in 2015 and subsequently lost 60 pounds. At the time of her consult, the patient complained of her raised upper thighs. She complained of increasing size, itching and pain when rubbing against each other. She also complained of skin irritations. She underwent a bilateral thighplasty in 2017 and a total of 4132 grams of skin was removed from both her thighs (9lbs). The patient was happy with her results.
